Change your habits

If you, like me, don't like "self-help" books, you should read this
post.
Nobody needs these books, but "The Miracle morning" serve to help you be a better person: stay calmer, have more productivity, fell more motivated and other things.
I will list some reasons for you to read this book:

1- Reading is easy and fast.
2- The book talks about the importance of mornings. How the first hour of your day can to define your day.
3- In addition to the book, there are others tools you can use. Has facebook group, daily challenges.
4- It is adaptable to your routine and your preferences, it is only you create your morning routine with the help of the book.
5- The idea of the book is that you do these 6 activities: Silence, Affirmations, Visualizations, Exercises, Reading and Writing.
6- Creating your morning routine can transform your day and  transform you.

  5. I don't usually read books, I spend my free time watching TV shows on Netflix, but I know that I have to read more, so thank you for the indication, maybe I can start my changing of habits with this book! : )
