If there's one thing
that I hate, it's when my neighbors put fire in empty lots. They do this to
clean the area when the grass is high and because it is easier than cutting
off.
It seems they always
choose the worst time of year to do so: when the weather is drier! I've been
sick a couple of months ago because of the dry weather and the smoke turned
everything worse!
I do not know what to
do in these situations: call the police? the firefighters? Probably must have
some environmental law prohibiting this practice. But its difficult to report,
because sometimes, I don’t even know in which direction the smoke comes.
I can imagine how annoying that must be.
ReplyDeleteI hate this too. I think if you call the cops or the firefighters maybe they can do something about it. Next time, if you call them and it works, let me know!
