1º You shouldn’t drink coffee in the evening.
You ought to avoid drinking coffee after 07:00 PM if you want to sleep well.
2º Don’t watch a lot of TV before to sleep.
You ought to do light activities before to sleep. For example: To read a book.
3ª Don´t do exercises before bedtime.
Working out late can have an adverse effect on your sleepness and your health.
4ª Don’t go to bed thinking in problems.
Sometimes it’s so hard to sleep and not to think in problems but you should avoid this situation . It can destroy your sleepness.
